Capt. Mike’s extensive tournament record is quite impressive. It all started back in 1974 at a young age of 17  when Mike won at the “Slidell Sportsman's League” inaugural tournament. Since then, from “Big Game Blue Water” to “Inshore Saltwater”, CaptMike has won or placed in several tournaments such as:

Redfish Cup (ESPN), IFA Redfish, Isle of Capri Billfish, New Orleans Big Game, Baton Rouge Big Game, NO Woman's BigGame, Faux Pas Rodeo, Grande Isle Tarpon Rodeo,  Empire South Pass Rodeo, Caminada Pass Redfish, BVVFD Rodeo,Southwestern Louisiana Inv., Southern Kingfish Association.

 

Redfishing has always been Capt. Mike’s passion and his passion can be seen on ESPN2 where he competes with his son Michael on the“Redfish Cup”  With a tournament win,Three top Five finishes along with Seventop ten finishes, Capt. Mike and Michael are considered one of the top teams on the circuit
